Where is your support based and how do I get in touch?
Our development & support team are based locally. You can get in touch by phone (01332 215 186), email (hello@hearlink.co.uk) or by creating a ticket directly in our support portal.
How do you handle data migration?
We have a robust migration process and can quickly handle data from common industry suppliers such as Strato, Manage, Sycle, Blueprint, Cliniko, Writeupp or Healthy Practice. For anything not listed, we offer a bespoke migration service so you're up to speed as quickly as possible.
Do you integrate with Noah 4?
Yes - we integrate with Noah 4 in standalone mode. Noah data and session history is automatically synced centrally into HearLink, so there's no need for complex networking setups.
Are there any hidden fees or add-ons?
No surprises. Your price covers all HearLink features and your standard appointment confirmations and reminders (email & SMS). If you need more, optional add-ons are available - for example extra SMS or additional AI scribing hours - but there are never hidden fees or unexpected price hikes.
How long is the contract?
We're so sure you'll love the system that we only offer a 30-day rolling contract.
How long does it take to get set up?
A HearLink organisation can be created in minutes. With every new account we discuss data migration and configuration options, and move as quickly as you need.
What countries is HearLink available in?
HearLink is currently available in the United Kingdom, Ireland and Malta - with more countries coming soon.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption, regular backups and a granular permissions system to ensure data security and GDPR compliance.
