Where is your support based and how do I get in touch?
Our development & support team are based locally. You can quickly and easily get in touch by phone (01332 215 186), email (hello@hearlink.co.uk) or by creating a ticket directly in our support portal.
How do you handle data migration?
We understand that perhaps one of the most daunting aspects of moving to a new system is the risk of data loss or corruption. We have a robust migration process and can quickly handle data from common industry suppliers such as Strato, Manage, Sycle, Blueprint, Cliniko, Writeupp or Healthy Practice. For any not listed, we offer a bespoke migration service, ensuring you are up to speed as quickly as possible.
Do you integrate with Noah 4?
Yes, we integrate with Noah 4 when running in standalone mode. Noah data and session history is automatically synced centrally into HearLink so there is no need for complex networking setups.
Are there any hidden fees or add ons?
Absolutely not. Like you, we're fed up of getting stung by paid add-ons and price hikes, we wanted the HearLink pricing to be fair, simple and transparent. The price you pay covers you for all the HearLink features, this includes email & SMS appointment confirmations and reminders.
How long is the contract?
We're so sure you'll love using our system that we only offer a 30 day rolling contract.
How long does it take to get setup?
A HearLink organisation can be created in minutes. With all new accounts we discuss the data migration and configuration options and move as quickly as the customer requires.
What countries is HearLink available in?
HearLink is currently available in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧, Ireland 🇮🇪 and Malta 🇲🇹. We'll be expanding to more countries soon!
Is HearLink cloud-based?
Yes. HearLink is a fully cloud-based system, meaning you can access it securely from anywhere, on any device.
Can I enable online booking for my website?
Yes, we provide an online booking widget that can be installed in as little as 30 seconds. Customers can also request a dedicated landing page for online booking, enabling additional customisation and tracking potential.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption, regular backups, and granular level permissions systems to ensure data security and GDPR compliance.
