These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the HearLink marketing website at www.hearlink.co.uk (the “Site”), operated by Creative Business Solutions (CBS). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The HearLink product is separate
These terms cover only this website. Access to and use of the HearLink CRM platform is governed by a separate service agreement between CBS and the subscribing clinic. Nothing on this Site forms part of that agreement, or an offer to contract, and the information here does not create any right to use the product.
Using this website
You agree to use the Site lawfully, and not to:
- use it in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Site or the infrastructure it runs on;
- introduce malicious code or attempt to circumvent any security measure;
- systematically scrape or harvest content, or use automated means to place unreasonable load on the Site;
- misuse the demo-booking or contact features - for example by submitting false details or spam.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content - including text, design, graphics, logos and the HearLink and CBS names and marks - are owned by CBS or its licensors and protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but must not reproduce, republish or exploit them commercially without our prior written permission.
Bookings and enquiries
When you book a demo or contact us through the Site, you agree to provide accurate information. We handle the details you submit in line with our Privacy Policy. Booking a demo is a request to be contacted - it is not a binding order for, or guarantee of access to, the HearLink product.
Information on this site
Content on the Site is provided for general information about HearLink and may change without notice. Product features, integrations and pricing described here are indicative and may differ from the current product; nothing on the Site is a warranty, guarantee or contractual commitment. We take reasonable care to keep the information accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or up to date.
Third-party links
The Site links to third-party services - for example sign-in, help and documentation, and Calendly for scheduling. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those services; your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
Availability
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of it without notice.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law, CBS is not liable for any loss or damage - including indirect or consequential loss - arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
Privacy
Our use of any personal information you provide through the Site is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date shown above, so please check back periodically.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
