How long does it take?
It depends on your data and current system, but it’s a structured, scoped process, we agree a timeline at discovery and keep you posted at every step.
What data can you bring across?
Patients, appointments, orders, audiograms and more, mapped and verified field by field, with checks before go-live.
What if my system isn’t listed?
We offer a bespoke migration service for other systems and spreadsheets, tell us what you’re on and we’ll scope it.
Will there be downtime?
The process is designed to avoid disruption: we migrate outside working hours and switch over at an agreed go-live, with support on hand.
