How do you handle data migration?
We have a robust migration process and handle data from the common industry systems - Strato, Manage, Sycle, Blueprint, Cliniko, Writeupp and Healthy Practice. Anything not on that list, we migrate with a bespoke service so you're up to speed as quickly as possible.
Are there any hidden fees or add-ons?
No. One fair, transparent price covers every HearLink feature - including email and SMS appointment confirmations and reminders. No paid add-ons, no surprise price hikes.
How long is the contract?
A 30-day rolling contract. We're confident enough in the system that we don't need to lock you in.
How long does it take to get set up?
A HearLink organisation can be created in minutes. With every new account we discuss data migration and configuration, then move as quickly as you need us to.
